Member Participation Agreement

This Member agreement is entered into with Optimizer Trading a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Transformations LLC effective upon execution and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Fee: Optimizer Trading  membership fee for Quick Start program will be $1,997.00 USD and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

ACCESS: Member will be granted full access to the following assets the Optimizer Trading Education Program:

Confidentiality: The Optimizer Trading & Trading Transformations intellectual property and education program are wholly owned subsidiaries of Global Transformations LLC (may be referred to as program or program(s). 

The content of the programs and its assets contain intellectual property which includes but is not limited to: proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates, text,  graphics, logos, images, other information as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used in the Optimizer Trading and Trading Transformations Programs. As a member, you hereby agree NOT to disclose, reproduce, resell, redistribute or share any information, materials or strategies provided to you in the programs with anyone other than another member of our program(s) that you are participating in, its owners, contractors, and other paid members. Any discovery of such action will result in immediate cancellation of membership and be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 

Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other program members outside of the bounds of the paid member community, unless you receive express written permission from such other participants to share the information.

Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between ‘educator/coach/mentor’ and member is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party.  

Members are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program content and technology resources. The Member hereby agrees they will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, share log-in credentials, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Optimizer Trading or Trading Transformations program(s). 

The Member agrees that they do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. The programs do not grant the Member any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property and/or assets of the programs or its licensors except as expressly authorized herein. 

The Member hereby agrees that any infringement or violation of Optimizer Trading and/or Trading Transformations intellectual property and or assets shall result in immediate termination of the license granted hereunder. Member access to the Optimizer Trading and/or Trading Transformations program(s) will be terminated immediately, and member shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees.

Faculty and students of the program(s) may or may not hold positions in the equities or forex markets discussed within the website/course/training/mentor sessions, or other assets such as Facebook Groups, Linked-In, You Tube, Instagram etc.

Therefore the one time membership fee of $1,997.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

The methods employed by Optimizer Trading, Trading Transformations do not guarantee results. The Member agrees, therefore, to hold Optimizer Trading, Trading Transformations /Contractors /Educators Coaches/Members free of any liability and/or responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the Education Material or Coaching sessions.  

Trading in equities markets or off-exchange Foreign Exchange (Forex or FX) are very speculative in nature and involve considerable risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before participating in complex financial markets you must consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk tolerance. Investors should only use risk capital when participating in any markets due to substantial risk of loss. DO NOT invest money you can not afford to lose. Any trade execution is subject to your brokers terms and conditions and may be adversely affected by market conditions, system performance, or other factors.

Optimizer Trading, Trading Transformations makes no guarantees, promises, representations, or assurances concerning the level of success or accuracy of any statements made in this educational platform with regards to what you may or may not experience. Your results may vary and will be based on your individual skill set, expertise, experience and mindset. As such, both Optimizer Trading and Trading Transformations do not have performance guarantees and have a NO- REFUND policy. 

Any mention of past performance is not indicative of future results. Users should read and understand their brokerage/dealer account documentation and agreement, disclosure documents and trading regulations carefully so that you fully understand limitations and policies regarding executions of trades (specifically fulfillment of price upon entry and exit), leverage, margin, and stops and the impacts/negative effects to your equity/account balance. 

Any transaction in Forex currency or equities markets contain high risks including, but not limited to: Broker/Dealer obligations, political and economic news, events and conditions that may or may not significantly affect volatility (market price fluctuation) or liquidity (availability) of a currency or financial instrument.

Furthermore, when trading margin accounts that utilize high leverage market movements have an impact on your equity proportionate to the amount of leverage or multiple you have employed. The possibility is present that sustained losses could be greater than or exceed your equity balance. Risk reduction is the sole discretion and responsibility of the user/trader not Trading Transformations.

Members should be aware of risks and limitations associated with participating in both regulated and/or unregulated Over The Counter (OTC) markets as well as regulated products traded on central exchanges. In addition, users should be aware of limitations and risks associated with participating via online or internet based solutions such as software and hardware configurations and the risk associated with regards to failure of those software and or hardware “systems and platforms”. 

Regulations, oversight and governing bodies may not be subject to local jurisdiction. Users should be aware and understand the potential impact of utilizing online software furnished by brokers and dealers in regards to trade execution. Account access, delays in response and trade execution time may be affected by Broker/Dealer or market conditions. 

Brokers/Dealers may take counter position to your position and determine the best available price to enter and exit trades, this may substantially impact price which may increase exposure when executing and/or liquidating said position.
